Repair Centre is a specialised repair centre for all VIBE and FLI audio products. It’s our job to repair them. Please do not expect a brand new product, because of the graded nature of the products they all will generally exhibit signs of cosmetic imperfections, this could be a small mark or scratch or it could mean fairly heavy marks on the casing of an amplifier / enclosure. You should not expect to receive instructions or wires with any item unless otherwise specified. All products from ARC are marked as ARC. A photo on some listings shows this marking. Audio Repair Centre control all VIBE, FLI and EDGE graded stock, VIBE, FLI and EDGE do not allow graded stock to be resold on the high street but understand there are customers who may require repairs or spare parts, this is now our job to fulfil. Additionally, we have been granted permission to sell graded stock in limited quantities subject to stringent testing and repairs.
